So if you want the 4 forms to appear at one time, we recommend to choose the higher weights options which have more weight plates. Please refer to the accessories list below. The pounds don't mean the max weight size for barbell, e.g. the max weight size of 66lbs is around 58lbs.

Note: Install the collar nuts in the following routine - firstly install the little collar close to the dumbbell piece, and then put the bigger collar around onto the little one. The bigger collar can switc direction according to the the product's using forms.
